Repair Billing Policy
OKC Products, Inc. maintains a trained staff of electronic technicians supported by the latest electronic test and measurement equipment to provide accurate testing and repair services for all its products. Any product shipped to OKC Products for repair should be accompanied by a statement of the problem or a description of the observed symptoms which implies a problem exists. An extensive effort will be made to identify and correct any problem report with a product sent in for repair. Repair warranty is 90 days from repair invoice date. The billing policy associated with repair services is as follows:
Any product or product assembly that is more than three (3) years old or contains a part or component that is "out of production" or obsolete and is in need of repair will be replaced at a "repair replacement" cost.
Any product or product assembly that, in OKC Products' opinion, requires a modification or upgrade to ensure proper operation will automatically be modified or upgraded with a mandatory $25.00 upgrade charge.
Repairs or routine maintenance performed to correct a problem identified with any product or product assembly will be billed as repair parts plus labor. Labor is charged at $65.00 per hour with a minimum charge of one hour.
Any product or product assembly for which no problem can be identified and which tests to the original factory operating specifications will be returned to the customer with a mandatory one hour labor related evaluation charge.
Any product assembly which, in OKC Products' determination, qualifies for warranty period service and a problem has been identified with the product or product assembly will be repaired or replaced and returned to the customer at no charge.
